The livelihood initiative under Mansha Society is designed to uplift families by creating income-generating opportunities, especially for women and youth. We provide hands-on training in various trades such as tailoring, candle making, papad and pickle production, and basic retail skills. Participants are supported with guidance on how to start small businesses, maintain financial records, and access microfinance. We also help establish market linkages and promote self-reliant enterprises. For those seeking employment, we facilitate job placement assistance through industry tie-ups. This programme serves as a gateway to financial independence, dignity, and stability, transforming passive beneficiaries into confident entrepreneurs and contributors to the local economy.

Programme Details:

  • Tailoring & Handicraft Units: Set up centers for women to learn and earn through stitching, embroidery, and crafts.

  • Homemade Products Training: Pickle-making, candle-making, papad production, and soap-making workshops.

  • Job Placement Drives: Partner with local businesses to offer placement support for trained youth and women.

  • Entrepreneurship Support: Guide women and youth in starting small ventures with basic business training and market linkage.
